
Standards Participation by Individuals at GSFC
Obtain Information on Participants
The
NASA Technical Standards Program
now maintains a master list of standards participants throughout NASA.
You can access their database to view a list of
all GSFC participants.
Use the following procedure to access information in their database:
- Connect to the
NASA Technical Standards Program Web Site at:
http://standards.nasa.gov.
- Select the "NASA Participation in Technical Standards Developing Organizations" button.
- Select the "Update NASA Participation Info in Stds. Developing Orgs" item.
- Select the "View participants" option.
- Select "GSFC" from the drop down selection box for the Center value.
- Choose the "Submit" button.
- The list of GSFC Individual should appear.
Report on Your Participation
For both legal and practical reasons, you need to report your participation
in Standards Developing Organizations to the NASA-wide database.
If you are participating in standards development efforts
and you are not listed in the NASA-wide database, please
use the following procedure to add your information to their database:
- Connect to the
NASA Technical Standards Program Web Site at:
http://standards.nasa.gov.
- Select the "NASA Participation in Technical Standards Developing Organizations" button.
- Select the "Update NASA Participation Info in Stds. Developing Orgs" item.
- Select the "Add New Participant And Committee" option.
- Fill in the appropriate Information.
- Choose the "Submit" button.
- The list of GSFC Individual should appear.
If you are participating in standards development efforts
and your NASA-wide database entry is out of date, please
use the following procedure to update your information in their database:
- Connect to the
NASA Technical Standards Program Web Site at:
http://standards.nasa.gov.
- Select the "NASA Participation in Technical Standards Developing Organizations" button.
- Select the "Update NASA Participation Info in Stds. Developing Orgs" item.
- Select the "Update Existing Participant Information",
the "Add New Committee for An Existing Participant",
the "Update Existing Committee Information for An Existing Participant",
the "Delete Existing Participant",
or
the "Delete An Existing Committee Information for An Existing Participant"
option as appropriate.
- Fill in the appropriate Information.
- Choose the "Submit" button.
